Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk therapy is another way to connect without the confines of an office. We have an abundance of beautiful locations across the Redlands Coast, from the Raby Bay foreshore, to beautiful parklands at Victoria Point and Point O’Halloran.
Walk and talk therapy creates an open, relaxed and peaceful time to reflect and share your story, while taking in the beautiful surrounds.
Mental health and well-being
Understanding mental health and well-being is an important aspect of daily living which helps us to understand and identify when things aren’t going so well.
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being, and it affects how we think, feel and behave. It also helps us to determine how we deal with stress, relate to others and make decisions.
There are many factors that can contribute to a decline in our mental well-being, including biological, life experiences and a family history of mental health.
Ensuring a healthy mental state of wellbeing is important to how we live our lives. It’s OK to acknowledge that at some point in our life, we may not be travelling well.
Through my practices I’m here to assist in normalising and validating what you may be experiencing, and to support you through these times to return to a healthier way of life.
