Sessions
The duration of our counselling work together can vary significantly based on your unique needs
and personal goals. It might involve just four or five sessions, or it could extend over several
months. The focus will always be on what works best for you.
Your Journey, Your Decisions
In our sessions, my role is to support you in making your own decisions. I will never tell you
what to do; instead, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings together to empower you to find
your own solutions.
If you’re looking for direct advice or instructions, you might consider alternative resources, such as advice agencies, telephone helplines, or support and self-help groups.
Counselling is about guiding you toward self-discovery and personal growth, allowing you to take charge of your own journey.

I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Humanistic, and
