Welcome!
I’m so glad you’ve stopped by and are interested in learning more about working together. It’s a true privilege for me to combine my background in Social Work and Mental Health Counselling with a holistic approach to your well-being, addressing your mind, body, and spirit.
I’m here to walk alongside you as we navigate your challenges and work towards a meaningful, fulfilling, and purposeful life. My goal is to help you become your own life expert—empowered and nourished to live your best life.
Let’s embark on this journey together, fostering growth and resilience every step of the way!
Bec is a holistic practitioner, counsellor, and social worker whose work is deeply informed by both professional expertise and lived experience. Her personal healing journey began following the tragic loss of her mother at the age of five, an experience that shaped her understanding of grief, resilience, and the transformative power of healing.
Although the seeds of healing were planted early, it was in her thirties, after being introduced to kinesiology, that Bec embarked on a deeper path of self-discovery. This sparked a profound curiosity about human behaviour, relationships, family dynamics, and the patterns that shape our lives.
In her twenties, Bec spent several years living overseas, often seeking escape from pain, heartbreak, abandonment, and grief. Upon returning to Australia, she committed herself to understanding both her own experiences and the experiences of others. This journey led her to study counselling and later social work, deepening her knowledge of trauma, human behaviour, healing, and personal growth.
Community, connection, and compassion sit at the heart of Bec's work. Having walked her own path through loss, adversity, and healing, she understands the courage required to do the deep inner work of transformation. Over the past two decades, she has explored a range of healing modalities, including shamanic healing, intuitive bodywork, meditation, sound healing, women's circles, retreats, and energy-based practices. These experiences have supported her healing of grief, trauma, ancestral wounds, and generational patterns carried through the maternal lineage.
Through her journey, Bec has learned the importance of surrender, self-compassion, intuition, and trust. By integrating these teachings into her own life, she has moved through profound grief, pain, and suffering into a place of greater peace, joy, purpose, and self-love.
As a lifelong learner, teacher, and intuitive practitioner, Bec combines her personal experiences, professional knowledge, and holistic healing practices to support women on their own journeys of healing and empowerment. She is a qualified Counsellor and Social Worker, a Reiki Level II Practitioner, and integrates a range of evidence-based and holistic approaches to support emotional, spiritual, and personal wellbeing.
Above all, Bec is a proud mother to a bright, spirited, and strong-minded daughter. Motherhood continually reminds her of the strength, wisdom, and resilience within the feminine lineage. It inspires her commitment to supporting women to reconnect with their voice, honour their truth, and step fully into their own power.
